PROPOSED AMENDMENTS AND RESTATEMENTS:

(I)THE TRUST DEED DATED 2 APRIL 2013 ENTERED INTO BETWEEN KLCC REIT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD ("MANAGER") AND MAYBANK TRUSTEES BERHAD ("TRUSTEE") CONSTITUTING KLCC REIT ("PROPOSED AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF THE TRUST DEED"); AND
(II)THE STAPLING DEED DATED 2 APRIL 2013 ENTERED INTO AMONGST KLCC PROPERTY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("KLCCP"), THE MANAGER AND THE TRUSTEE ("PROPOSED AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF THE STAPLING DEED")

Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by KLCC REIT dated 20 August 2019 in relation to the Proposed Amendments and Restatements (“Announcement”) shall apply herein.

 

Further to the Announcement, the Board wishes to announce as follows:

  1. The Manager and the Trustee had on 3 September 2019 executed the Amended and Restated Trust Deed to amend and restate the 2013 Trust Deed; and
  2. The Manager, the Trustee and KLCCP had on 3 September 2019 executed the Amended and Restated Stapling Deed to amend and restate the 2013 Stapling Deed.

The Amended and Restated Trust Deed will be submitted to the SC for registration and will be lodged with the SC thereafter.

 

Copies of the Amended and Restated Trust Deed and the Amended and Restated Stapling Deed are available for inspection at the following places of the Manager during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays):

  1. Place of business located at Level 33 & 34, Menara Dayabumi, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, 50050 Kuala Lumpur; and
  2. Registered office located at Level 54, Tower 2, PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur.
